I would say stay a 56 that's the best size for a deck like yours
An unanswered question is infinitely better than an unquestioned answer.

But that's just it, I don't have enough of the cards I need now. It's still up in the air, but right now, it's a major consideration. Caleb, you up for a game in 20 minutes?

You have enough cards in the 56 card version.  You just need to practice and learn to play your cards in a way that you'll get the most out of them.  It's harder to learn a deck when you change it all the time too.

 +1 learning how to win with a deck usually takes time and you have to learn how to get the most out of every card

The more dominants you take out for other cards the weaker the deck gets, in my opinion.

And my opinion greatly varies from this. A competitive deck doesn't need all 9? doms imo.
