I've gotta agree with Gabe.

Well, fastest deck that will win barring crazy combo's. Otherwise I agree with Sauce - Gates of Hell would technically be faster..

I've been saying this for a while now, but Genesis is definitely faster than Judges, especially if it's a deck geared towards playing Creation of the World. Drawing four cards (until someone gets Martyr'd) is great and all, but if you can get CotW out in the first few turns, you're talking about potentially taking up to 9 cards out of your deck, then using Eve to search another 10 cards for evil characters. Then, use those evil characters to draw in the next few turns (there's a lot of potential to manage to draw at least 12 cards, and easily more, just with the defense). Throw in 7 Years and you have an absolutely brutal combination of speed.

Pol once used Joseph in Prison (CBN if Joe is in battle) on me to take out half my offense. I still won.

I've seen a Gen/Philly combo (used by Irish_Luck) that put all heroes in Goshen, played Wrath, profit!

/This was when Phillies were good and Gen was bad...
