Ray of magic!

I love it! Just now Mariano Rivera came in to save a 6-5 lead in the bottom of the 9th. Of course, these are the RAYS! Jennings singled, then Zobrist tripled. Blown save. The magic is still there...leftover from the last game of the regular season last year. ;)

Rivera intentionally walks Longoria (D'uh!) and Luke Scott, strikes out Rodriguez, but then gives up a single to Carlos Pena for the loss...RAYS WIN! The magic continues...
Oh, yeah, and the Yanks lose. That's what you'd call a "WIN-WIN"!! :D

sadly, all good things must come to an end and so the depature it was of Jonathon Papelbon to the phillies who aren't doing so hot this year with a new closer and a new manager. but the Red Sox have been doing very well and just beat the rays yesterday and the cardials are looking RED HOT so far this season and the Red Sox's offense looks real sharp this season and this pleases me :) but sadly about yesterday, my Los Angelos Angels lost to the yankees and pujols isn't doing too great but im giving him time :) this is just the start of the season, he has a long road ahead of him and it gives him plenty of time to get comfortable in a Angels uniform and get warmed up to smack some right out of the ballpark
