Just getting started with RTS? Download this file. Once downloaded, unzip it, open the folder and click on RTS.exe to start the program. This is the complete package which contains every card. No updates are needed with this download.

Are you just looking for the newest cards to add to your RTS? You can download this file to get the new tins, Laban, Goliath and Daniel promos. Once downloaded, unzip it. Add the pics folder to your existing RTS installation (it's installed in your C:\Program Files\RTS folder by default). Replace your cards.txt file (in the same folder) with the cards.txt from the download.

That could be a fun idea. Maybe when I get some free time. I'm excited to try my hand at those 3D cards you showed me. LMK if you think of anything you'd like to see in 3D.

Yeah. MKC had some MTG cards that had several copies of certain cards in a stack (glued or stuck together somehow, not sure exactly) and each card had a different part of the artwork cut out, providing a 3D look. They were pretty sweet.

Yes, in all previous releases there was an error in the spelling of either his card entry or the associated graphic file, I can't recall which.

I'm not the most computer savy person in the world. I have tried this and once I extract the files by right clicking the file, what do I do? I keep getting an error message and don't know how to fix it. I go to download the files from lambos tutorial but it doesn't resolve the issue. The error says, " Component MSWINSCK.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered:a file is missing or invalid (originated with RTS)." Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to double post, I figured it out and fixed it. Except now, I can't get the background to come up, everything else works except the background. Anyone know why?

The issue is that you were using a custom background when you compiled the new .zip, but didn't include your custom background. Thus, the program doesn't know what to do at first.

I'm pretty sure that the custom background is in the zip file but the path is probably different.

These are typos reported for the new expansion update. They will be fixed in the next release.

The server that hosted the RTS files is down, maybe permanently. I won't know until I get a chance to work on it next week. If anyone is willing to host the files as a mirror site, I would be glad to work with them to give the community access to the files until I find an alternate solution.

I have some web hosting space through my University that I'd be happy to loan if 200MB or less is enough space (I really dunno how large it is, it has a ton of pics but size of those depends on quality/size/etc.).

Is there any chance of RTS being hosted on the main cactus website...?

I mean, it's used for ROOT, which is officially sanctioned. Why not host it there?
