RC problem

When my nephew tries to click start game in lobby, he gets kicked out of room?\

ok he switched to firefox browser and was able to not get kicked out of room but when he tried to connect to game he recieved this error messege:

error occured in winsock: error number 11004 valid name no data record of requested type originated with c:/windows/syswow64/mswinsck.ocx

Lord Z may know what the problem is, but you do not have to click start game to play. Just start a game in RTS using aws.redemtionconnect.com and it will automatically pop up in the text box that you are playing RTS.

This has to do with a DNS resolution error on your computer. If yoiu continue to have problems, try using this IP address: 107.21.224.129

somehow he got it to work -dont know how but he is using a labtop so...idk- thanx guys
