Duluth, MN...

...is underwater. My inlaws live near and work in Duluth.They're okay, but overall the city got deluged with the closest thing MN will ever get to a Tsunami, and there is tons of property damage.

Just pray for people there (most of who wouldn't have had flood insurance since 98% of Duluth is a hill) as they try to recover their lives. My inlaws were fortunate to get away with nothing more than a wet basement, but hundreds of people lost homes, businesses and livelihoods. No deaths from what I heard, but it's quite a mess.
