I'd know, I live in in Spam town USA... we have our very own Spam musuem, and it has that song playing in there. There's spam trivia, free spam samples. it's awesome. (this place actually exists, for those of you who haven't seen me rave about it before)

I plan on doing a little clean up once threads get to be a certain age. That should keep at least my sections of the forum from leading to another purge in the future

I don't want to poo poo your efforts but I don't really think we need to keep a lot of the stuff in this section much past their posting dates because they are for tournaments that only happen once. Once they're over people don't really need the threads anymore, who still looks at the Northwest 2008 thread? I do think we need to do something to try and save the threads that we'd continue to use though. We should make a thread devoted to thinking up a way to keep a record of the rulings and other important threads that may be in danger of being lost via any future purge.

Hey,

I have looked at threads that were over a year old in the Official Tournaments section on more than one occasion. Double checking dates from my records, looking for tournament results that I forgot to write down, or looking to see how things were done at a certain tournament "last year".

You are right, and that is why some threads will just be completely deleted.

I appreciate that, but as long as purges keep happening, there won't be any threads over a year old at all. I'd rather lose these than ruling ones.

I just got the new Panic Demon today... all I can say is that The Garden Tomb had better step aside!

As long as you can get a couple orange demons out, you can block a Garden Tomb deck with ALL of your Panic Demons. You also don't have to worry about losing cards to House at Bethany. These guys work very well against a FBN deck, too. I'm gonna get 5 ASAP and build a Type 2 deck with ZERO evil enhancements (might work nicely with Zebulun).

Art is the best of any Panic Demon yet.
