yeah, don't you think it's unfair that all the really incredible players get a look at the cards before hand, and think up amazing decks before us that will own our faces?

That statement makes a lot of assumptions that probably aren't true, but if they are, I'm certain it's the reason those players are "increadable".

I am ashamed to admit: I've thought this same thing myself several times.

Unfortunately, you need incredible players to test cards though. It is a conundrum that is just a part of life.

Can one of those "incredible players" who already knows the SA of the two promos post those so that us lesser players can atleast think about the cards and maybe have a chance to see just how cool these cards will be in our decks

Panic Demon: 2/4 orange demon, Negate the special abilities on opponents' NT fortresses. Evil banding abilities cannot be negated by good cards or artifacts. May band to Panic Demon.

As long as you can get a couple orange demons out, you can block a Garden Tomb deck with ALL of your Panic Demons. You also don't have to worry about losing cards to House at Bethany. These guys work very well against a FBN deck, too.

I'm gonna get 5 ASAP and build a Type 2 deck with ZERO evil enhancements (might work nicely with Zebulun).

Art is the best of any Panic Demon yet.

Of curse, if a Garden Tomb deck attacks with a Garden Tomb hero while you have two orange demons in your territory - especially if one of them is this one - it almost definitely has A Child is Born waiting.

There are lots of fun things you can do with 0 evil enhancements... but block consistently isn't one of them. Granted, about 1/2 of my defense was built around having 1/1 guys to choose for blockers. However, the traditional "stand alone" strategies that work in T1 don't work too well against lots of FBN banding and AOCp.

My Salvation Army deck at 07 Nationals had one evil Enhancement in it, and the only reason was because I went back and added Set Fire after Regionals to deal with Fortresses.

Enhancement-less T2 isn't necessarily impressive either...Uzzah x5 and Trembling Demon x5 is pretty mundane actually...

Enhancement-less Panic Demons might deserve the "impressive" title, if they worked.

Don't try to discount my mediocre nationals placing. I worked really hard for like 30 minutes to put that defense together!

All sarcasm aside, I do think a work-able panic demons defense would be more impressive than what I used last year.
