State Promo - Everlasting Beings has run out

I received State tournament applications today for WV, CT, MA and CA.  These four applications have used up my remaining stock of [card=746]Everlasting Beings[/card] promo cards.  Going forward, I will not be able to include Everlasting Beings with materials for new state tournament applications.  The other six state promo cards should last at least through this tournament season.

No you can't get a new one. Well, you can get a new promo if it's of equal usefulness to Everlasting Beings. Like maybe the Buckler promo:
