Author Topic: Feature Request Confirmed: Redemption Connect! Card Designer (Read 9808 times)

This is REALLY cool.

A few points of constructive criticism:

1) The brigade icon has some cropping issues in the bottom right corner. As an artist, those white pixels around the edge bug me and hurt the quality.
2) I'm not sure if this why this happens, but I see a lot of Jpeg style compression around all of the type. What's causing this?

Personally, I'll still use Photoshop, as that's what I'm most familiar with. Other than that, this is a really freaking cool program. Major props.

That being said, none of them were usable right out of the box. For example, all the Icons were in a jpeg file, which did not have the transparency needed. So using a image editing program I selected the white area around it and deleted it making it transparent. That's as far as I went and intend to go. If anyone is willing to re-create the images in a png format in high quality, I'd be more than willing to re-map out the images for the card designer. I am not, and do not intend to be, a graphical designer. I have absolutely NO skills in this area and unfortunately probably never will.

I know this is completely off topic, but I have no idea where to ask this. Is it completely illegal to use ANY image in the signature, even if it's only like 500px x 60px?

Darn. I was really looking forward to making unobtrusive Redemption Connect! Signature banners. Like seriously, it would be around the same size as most people's current signatures.
