Hey I found out today I might be moving to minnesota, specificly Duluth. Any play groups up there within a two hour drive (if more thats ok )

I don't think there's any playgroups in Duluth, but if you're willing to drive to the cities, the North Heights group is in Arden Hills which is a northern suburb so not all the way into the cities.
