Nope you cant, as that game was never programed to be played with one. Some games such as Halo and other games of the type can be played with an controller as those games were programed so that it could handle the epicness of a controller.

you can if you get an emulator for your controller that would make your controller be a mouse.. and keyboard...

all it does is turn your controller into a mouse. you just get a program, plug ur controller in, and program every button to be a specific action
